Established in 1939, Federal Millwork Corporation is one of South Florida's oldest businesses serving the custom Architectural Millwork and Cabinetry needs to the construction industry. Today, Federal Millwork serves the world marketplace from a 65,000 square foot facility where more than 3,500 moulding profiles are available in any quantity and any specie.

A tour of our showroom reveals the numerous awards bestowed on Federal Millwork craftsmen by industry peers for outstanding achievement, workmanship, and quality. The building of this team has been an ongoing process, now over 60 years in the making.

Federal Millwork, having passed a rigorous qualification process, was the first firm in Florida to be AWI Premium Certified by the Architectural Woodwork Institute to handle Nationally Certified AWI Premium Projects. The AWI scrutiny includes on-site inspections of both past and in-process work, evaluations of manufacturing techniques and craftsmanship, and review of recommendations by contractors, architects, designers and owners.

FACILITY

In 1939 we began serving the South Florida community with quality millwork. With 50,000 square feet under roof, every aspect of your project is kept under the watchful eye of our management team. The facility includes a complete compliment of woodworking equipment including three moulders. Equipment is constantly being upgraded to ensure that the finest technology is used to produce the best product effectively and economically. A new state-of-the-art paint and finishing booth enables us to accomplish award winning finishing second to none. Our capabilities are further enhanced by an on-site machine shop and full-time Plant Engineer to maintain the production facility in peak condition.

REGULATION COMPLIANCE

Care has been taken to keep this technologically-updated facility in total compliance with all Federal, State, and Local requirements. This includes compliance with all air pollution and hazardous waste procedures. Our Safety Committee meets regularly to monitor in-place programs dealing with plant and jobsite safety, Drug Free Workplace, Material Data Safety Compliance, and environmental awareness. We aggressively pursue these areas of concern to insure the highest standards of quality for our clients and the best in safety for our employees.
